This project highlights statewide social media campaign work developed for North Carolina 4-H in support of NC State University’s annual Day of Giving. The goal of each campaign was to encourage monetary gifts that directly support 4-H youth development programming across North Carolina.
The campaigns were designed and executed for the 2024 and 2025 Day of Giving cycles, requiring coordinated content released throughout a single, high-impact fundraising day.
Introduction
The Day of Giving campaign relied on a rolling content strategy, where content was released at key moments throughout the day to highlight progress, re-energize audiences, and adapt messaging as the campaign unfolded.
Pieces included milestone graphics celebrating progress toward fundraising goals, short video calls-to-action encouraging participation, reminder posts timed around peak engagement periods, and recap content highlighting impact and gratitude as the day concluded.
Each asset was designed to function independently while also feeling connected as part of a broader narrative that unfolded over time.
